At The Spoodiverse, our Reshipment or Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG) Policy ensures transparency about the unpredictability of shipping live animals.

We do not offer a Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG) for items shipped directly to a home or office. For a full reshipment at our expense, orders must be picked up from a carrier hub within 2 hours of arrival—otherwise, the guarantee is voided. Please plan accordingly.

Any issues must be reported within one hour of receipt with photo/video evidence. Customers are responsible for managing carrier holds using the provided tracking information. Additionally, we may delay shipments during extreme weather conditions to prioritize animal safety. In such cases, all sales are final.
