At The Spoodiverse, our Reshipment or Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG) Policy informs customers about the unpredictability of shipping live animals. We cannot guarantee live arrival; for a full reshipment at our expense, orders must be picked up from a carrier hub within **2 hours** of arrival, or the guarantee is voided, so please plan accordingly. Issues must be reported with photo/video evidence within one hour of receipt, and customers are responsible for managing carrier holds using the provided tracking information. We may also delay shipments during extreme weather conditions to ensure animal safety, with all sales being final in such cases. Your understanding of these terms helps us maintain quality service.
